2. SEO & Consulting Services Disclaimer
No Ranking Guarantees: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web consulting involve algorithmic factors controlled by third-party search engines (e.g., Google, Bing). While we apply industry best practices, Bilawal Solutions does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, leads, or financial returns.
Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms, algorithm updates, or penalties incurred due to pre-existing website history, toxic backlinks, or client-side modifications.
3. User Obligations and Client Cooperation
For consulting and SEO engagements, you agree to provide timely access to necessary website backend systems, hosting accounts, analytics tools, and requested materials.
Delays in client feedback, approvals, or access may affect project timelines and deliverables, for which Bilawal Solutions shall not be held liable.
4. Payment, Invoicing, and Retainers
Invoicing & Terms: Fees for services will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
Retainer Services: Monthly SEO and consulting retainers are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Work for the upcoming month will not commence or continue until payment is successfully processed.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend ongoing services or deliverables if an invoice becomes overdue. Under UK and EU late payment legislation (such as the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998), statutory interest and debt recovery compensation fees may be added to overdue commercial accounts.
5. Cancellation and Termination
Monthly Retainers: Either party may terminate a monthly retainer agreement by providing written notice (via email) at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Services and billing will conclude at the end of the current paid cycle.
Project-Based Services: For fixed-scope projects (e.g., one-off site audits or technical setups), deposits are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled midway by the client, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of SEO and consulting services, all payments and retainers are non-refundable once the service period or work has begun, except where required by mandatory UK/EU consumer protection law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bilawal Solutions excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our Website and the use of it. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
